Exchanges and store credit, within 14 days. If a catalog piece is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will exchange it or issue store credit. Cash refunds are not offered. The piece must be unworn and come back with its report and packaging.
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. A ring cut to your design, a date engraved inside a band, a stone set to your request: these are made for one person and cannot be exchanged. We say so before you order.
Resizing a plain band is complimentary. If a plain band is off, we adjust it until it is right. A band with stones set into it is made to your size and cannot be resized afterwards, because resizing one means rebuilding it, so we measure carefully first.

We get the size right with you
Plain bands are resized until they are right. A band with stones set into it is made to your size, because resizing one means rebuilding it. Come in and we measure you properly.
Cleaned for life
