Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders. Your jewelry will be shipped via a secure, trackable service. In fact, to give you peace of mind, every order is fully insured during transit. We want you to feel confident that your purchase is protected until it reaches you.

Signature on Delivery: For security reasons, we require an adult signature upon delivery of your package. This ensures that your valuable jewelry is handed directly to you (or an authorized recipient) and not left unattended. Many jewelers follow this practice to protect shipments – couriers like FedEx require a signature for all jewelry deliveries to safeguard your purchase. Please plan for someone to be available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Express Shipping Options: Need it faster? We do offer expedited shipping such as express 2-day or overnight delivery for an additional fee. During checkout, you can select these faster shipping options if you’re in a rush. We’ll prioritize and ship express orders as quickly as possible (often the same or next business day, if the item is in stock). The extra fee covers the premium courier service to get your item to you overnight or within 1-2 daysdepending on your choice. This way, if you have a last-minute gift or upcoming occasion, we’ve got you covered.

International Shipping: We’re happy to share that we ship internationally as well. Customers around the world can enjoy our jewelry. International orders are sent via reliable express couriers (like FedEx International) to over 200 countries. A flat shipping fee (which will be shown at checkout, typically around $50) applies to international orders. Delivery times for international shipments are usually quick - often around 2-5 business days to major destinations - but can vary by country. Do note that international shipments may be subject to import duties or customs taxes as per your country’s regulations, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking local customs policies if you’re unsure. Rest assured, we take care to package international orders securely and provide all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth delivery.

Packaging: All orders are packaged with care. Jewelry pieces come in our signature packaging (such as a branded jewelry box or pouch), and the shipping box is unbranded or discreet for security. The parcel is well-padded to protect your item in transit. An order invoice and any applicable certification (for gemstones or diamonds) are included. We want the unboxing experience to be as delightful as the jewelry itself.

Shipping Timeframe: For in-stock items, we typically process and ship your order within 1-2 business days (for standard shipping). Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer (we will notify you of the production time on the product page or at checkout). Once shipped, domestic deliveries usually arrive in about 2-5 business days with standard shipping. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you order. If there are any delays or issues (very rare, but for example, weather or carrier delays), our customer care will keep you informed.

Insurance and Liability: As mentioned, all shipments are insured against loss or theft during transit for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event a package gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, our policy is to work with the carrier to investigate and resolve it. We will either replace the item (if available) or refund you, once a claim is confirmed with the shipping carrier. Please be sure to inspect your package upon arrival and alert us immediately if you notice any damage or if anything is amiss before signing for it. Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your order are our top priorities.

Additional Notes: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions – a physical street address is required for signature delivery. If you need special accommodations for delivery (hold at location, delayed shipping, etc.), please contact us and we will do our best to assist. We make every effort to ship orders out promptly and will provide tracking information so you can follow your jewelry’s journey from our warehouse to your hands.
