Your Visit
Your appointment is one-to-one, and the room is yours for about 45 minutes. Here is exactly how it runs, so nothing about it is a surprise.
The first 10 minutes
What she wears now, and the range you are working in. Not a budget conversation, a range one. It tells us which stones to bring out and which to leave in the safe, and it means the next half hour is spent on things you would actually buy.
The next 20 minutes
Four stones in your range, side by side under a loupe, each one with its own grading report sitting next to it. You will look at all four before anyone mentions a price.
You will see the difference between a report from IGI and one from GIA, what each line on them means, and which lines actually change what you see. Most of them do not.
The last 15 minutes
What each one costs, and why. If one of the four is the wrong stone for what you are doing, we will say so.
If you choose something in stock, you can leave with it that day. If you want something made, we will put dates on it before you go.
What you walk out with, whether or not you buy
- Your ring size measured properly, and a spec sheet to keep
- A written quote with no expiry on it
- A plain-English explanation of what a grading report does and does not tell you
- An honest read on any other quote you bring in

Seven minutes from Town Center at Boca Raton. Parking is directly outside and there is no charge. The showroom is by appointment only, so the door will be locked and you will be let in.
